TRAMPOLINE SPORTS

In 2025 Ballarat Gymsports has expanded our Trampoline sports program to include Trampoline, Double Mini Tramp & Tumbling under the one united banner. Gymnasts can elect to train Tramp & DMT together or undertake Tumbling separately, or train in all 3 sports.

By combining the thrill our bold high-flyers desire in jumping, saulting, twisting and enjoying in being airborne, with the dynamics of tumbling on air mats and sprung floors, we believe participants will get the maximum out of their time here in the gym.

Trampoline Sports  develops confident body movement, both on and off the ground;
Builds strength and prepares the body for challenges in life;
Challenges the mind and body to reach new goals;
Develops posture and agility, including the ability to land safely;
Is a fun way to develop incredible spatial awareness!

Once you’ve learnt the basics, you can keep developing your skills for fun and fitness or challenge yourself through competitions from local to national even all the way to international level.

Ballarat Gymsports is the only place in the the area that caters for both Novices (home users) through to Competitive participants by utilising Gymnastics Australia’s structured pathways and programs.

Ballarat Gymsports is also the ONLY facility in Ballarat with qualified Trampoline coaches!

Tumbling

Enrolment Note:

Where there is a WAITING link against a class, this indicates a waiting list exists, by still completing the information, reception can then advise you when either an opening exists or a new class is created.

Existing members can also choose to re-enrol via their family portal site.

Fees Note:

Fees displayed, unless otherwise stated, are for a 2 week period.

Where a participant is enrolled in multiple days, your invoice will reflect the adjusted amount.

Gymnastics Victoria Registration and Insurance fees are also applicable and payable upon enrollment (these fees may not be initially reflected on your invoice, in these instances they will be added manually and a new invoice sent).
